Search Terms
When a name, location, or other lookup detail is entered into a search box operated by a third-party provider, that query is sent to the provider that powers the tool. Lafayette County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the message and return contact details may be kept long enough to respond, manage the request, and keep ordinary business records. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless a legal requirement applies.
Automatic Technical Data

Once you leave this site, the other website's privacy policy and data practices apply.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize visits across websites and display interest-based ads. That tracking is handled on their systems, not as an official Lafayette County jail or Arkansas FOIA record process.
